Collage Prints

I have various hand made and digital collages available as photographic prints, fine art prints and as greeting cards.

The Italian Pottery Bowl Collage was designed for a friend who loved both mosaics and Italian pottery.  Most of the background and all of the main "bowl" are from clothing catalog images. I carefully found white shirts with shadows that I could use to create the shadows to give a three dimensional feel to the bowl.

The handles each have 30 pieces of magazine cut-outs to achieve the desired sheen and form.  There are little people walking in Bryce Canyon on the orange band of the bowl stand. 
Images of shells were used for the base. 
Lots of fun!

The Red Herring Reef Collage was also designed for a friend. 
None of its images were created or constructed from any underwater or coral reef pictures or images.  Everything in the collage is from magazine pictures of something on the land or sky.
None of the blue is really water. It is sky, frozen ice, skyscrapers, etc.
Again, this was so much fun to make and is one of my top sellers.

I also do some "non-grid" collage work that is entirely digitally. Here is an example:

"Chay-My Healing Journey" Collage (Chay/Chai is Hebrew for "Life") This collage 100% digitally constructed. It is an expression of my healing journey after years of illness: (mercury poisoning/cancer/several internal organ issues.)

Special Request Custom Collages

1.   Grid Work Collage from Your Photos

One type of "special request" collage I will be offering is where you provide digital images from your photos, whether vacation or some other collection of photos you choose. I will pick details from them to arrange digitally into an offset "grid" work collage w/ borders between the photos. A variety of sizes will be available. The example on the left is what I composed for my daughter and her boyfriend when they went to New Mexico.

2. Fantasy Collage from Your Photos

I also plan on offering other "special request" collges where you can send me digital photos of your family and friends, and I will place them into a fantasy collage. (I could also do this with regular prints- but I would need to scan them into digital format first in order to compose the collage as it is done digitally- don't want to actually cut up anyone's photos!)

This one is a "Gnome Garden" I composed for my husband's siblings.
I am including some details to show a bit of how the collage was constructed.

The above (and below) pictures show how I inserted faces into the gnome photos- using gnomes that expressed the interest of the person.

3.  In time I hope to develop several different collage themes or templates into which I can place photos of your family and friends.
